What shipping costs apply to an order?
For delivery we do not charge anything. The shipping costs are already added in product cost
HOW IS DELIVERY?
We deliver shipments all over world. Delivery takes place with a parcel service or freight forwarder. Unless there is different information about the respective goods in the online shop or at the start of the ordering process, the delivery of goods sent by parcel service usually takes place within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), the delivery of goods sent by a freight forwarder (with this mark) usually within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after conclusion of the contract. All prices are final prices in INR, which means they include all price components as well as the statutory Indian sales tax. In addition to the prices stated, we do not charge shipping fee .
If your property is damaged during the delivery of freight forwarding goods or postal goods, please contact the delivering freight forwarding company or postal transport company. The settlement of damage to property takes place directly between the customer and the shipping or postal transport company. Shan Handicrafts customer service will be happy to provide you with additional support in clarifying the matter.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and maintaining the quality of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased through our website, unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage or defect, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage or defect when contacting us for a return or exchange.
Refunds
If a return or exchange is approved for a damaged or defective item, we will process a refund to the original method of payment or provide a replacement item, depending on availability.
